In January 2017 I shared a series of 9 mixed media canvases featuring the 9 sets of Desire mixed media dies from Crafter’s Companion for the US launch. Well I’m very excited to share that the UK launch begins on Hochanda TV on Friday 3 March.

Today I’m beginning with one of my show samples which features the Cogs in Motion die set. I cut cardboard, mount board and grunge paper.

I purchased a very inexpensive basic notebook from a well known German food chain. I removed the front and back from the ring binder .

I also used a few leftovers from a previous project using the same dies. Waste not want not! ( see the January canvas for the rust technique) I didn’t use the hearts in the end. .. Next time!

How it was done:

Add extra die cuts and bling and re assemble.

Unrecognisable!
