‘Believe’- Christmas canvas

It’s not often that my partner Paul helps me with my art projects so today it’s a first! The snow arrived in Northern Ireland so of course it was time for Paul and Megan to make a snowman. ‘Horace’ was born and I took a photo. So cute was he that I decided to ‘adapt’ the photo for a Christmas  canvas.

Ive used sentiment stamps from Rubber Dance- December sponsor for https://mixedupmag.com/

Other materials included -an mdf square art shape; snowflake greybeard surfaces from That’s crafty. Paint from IndigoBlu and Deco art. (Midnight blue and buff)I also used some frantage embossing powders and ultra thick clear powder for triple embossing; a snowflake mask from clarity stamps and snowflake stamp.

Several layers of clear embossing powder along with gold glitter and white powder allowed the red rubber to press in and make a deep impression.

And the snow is not over!

Till next time.
