This canvas is a little play using a few left overs after a gelli plate mono printing session. I liked the marks left by a shadow print. It created some lovely rough texture. Waste not want not!

I used Amsterdam acrylic paint, inks and pastels. The stamp and mask are Carabelle studio. Highlights were added using charcoal and black pen.

And who doesn’t love a little birdie!
