Hi a little something from Lavinia stamps today as a heads up that we have a show at 3.00pm on Sunday 20 May 2018 on Hochanda TV. A whole range of fairy delights to behold ! Here’s one of my samples . As usual it’s mixed media using acrylic paint; ink and pastel pencils.

I began the project by lifting some dyna paint from the A4 gel press which looked a bit like this.

I inked the edges using the border stamp and scribbled some background flowers using pastel pencil.

The tulips were stamped in black ink, coloured using Sakura pens and highlighted using gold pen. The fairy was stamped in a similar way and additional bubbles drawn in and highlighted using stickles glitter along with her wings.

I stamped some flourishes top and bottom for a little balance.
