I thought that I would share another sample. This time using the very useful set of little fairies.
To create the picture I used watercolour card and a combination of spectrum noir pens ( sparkle and aquatint) I also used my inktense blocks and a large round brush to sweep in the hills at the bottom of the scene whilst the inks from the pens were still damp.
The stamping ink was versafine onyx black.
Here are the stamps:
The step by steps:
The card was sprayed with water on both sides before the ink was added. Ink was squeezed on to the craft mat from the pens then picked up with a brush.
The masking fluid was rubbed of and hills added using a large brush and inktense blocks. Then some splatters added.
The hive was coloured in purple and yellow, the artwork mounted and some highlights added using a black pen; sakura stardust in gold; diamond stickles and pearl drops with holographic glitter on top!!
Till next time

Thank you lovely Cynthia xx
Thank you so much for the tutorial , I need it . May I ask what are inktense blocks
You are welcome! The blocks are water based coloured ink similar to the pencils only in a tray of little blocks. Once dry they are permanent. As they are ink and not watercolour they have a heavier grainy texture.
