Hi everyone have you been checking out the new Christmas stamps from Visible Image? Are your cards made? Or are you last minute like me! Here’s a little character that should go down a storm ( excuse the pun)

Here are the sets used:

Today’s ink spray background was the back drop for a little forest scene. Pale ink and small trees create distance. Distress oxide ink has a misty effect.

White gesso makes lovely snow.

The larger trees were stamped in dark and pale green. The penguin was stamped and masked and a couple of friends created with the same stamp. They were then coloured with zig water colour pens. The foreground was enhanced a little with inks. Extra details and highlights were added with a white gel pen.

The sentiment and wind patterns were stamped in black. A few snow flakes were also added and coloured.

Why should the snowman get all the attention!
