Hi guys, the Lavinia stamps ‘under the moonlight’ January creative challenge is still underway and has inspired today’s project.
I really wanted to create a colourful warm night scene. I absolutely adore the fairy dwellings and it’s been a while since I used them. So much scope for layering and adding those final touches.
Although the houses would technically be silhouetted against the moon I have added some dark colour and highlights- because any thing goes in fairyland!
As always check out the description box below the video for product information and details of the music. I get asked that a lot . Also I mostly do not fix my pastels as it changes the colour slightly . It depends if I’m sending them anywhere for display.
I hope your January is going ok and you are keeping safe. It’s my least favourite month and I’ll be glad to see the back of it. It’s freezing outside!
