By the river

Well Lavinia stamps had a spring extravaganza 4 day event and I was delighted to contribute a tutorial . There was of course tons of inspiration from the whole team!

On the Lavinia YouTube site you will find the full commentary version and for those of you who just like the music without me babbling on here it is:

Product links etc in the description box below the video.

I hope you get a chance to check it out. The distress oxide ink pads are wonderful for creating muted colourful backgrounds.

All the other videos from the team are also on the Lavinia site.

I hope you are all keeping well and looking forward to better times where the world isn’t crazy!.

Take care until next time….

Lisa xx

  1. Hi Lisa,
I’m Fliss and a newbie to the Lavinia Stamps team, doing weekly online tutorials and demos etc. Your work is such an inspiration and I love your artistic style in everything you do. I am loving my new journey and this weekend’s Extravaganza was a wonderful opportunity to learn so much from Tracey, you and all the other talented, wonderful DTs, as well as meeting the lovely customers. Thank you for inspiring us all! xxx

    1. Thank you Fliss! And welcome to our world! I was on the DT but am taking a break as I’m relocating . I still do some freelance work for them. I’m sure customers will greatly benefit from you expertise. I really hope that you enjoy your creative journey and look forward to working with you in the future when things are less hectic here! Take care! Xx

  2. You always fill me with such inspiration when I watch your work and I absolutely love the music too – what is it called please? I find it so relaxing to listen to as I watch you work your magic. I’m really looking forward to trying this one out and I’ll let you have a peek, if it’s worthy! Jenni

  4. Every one of your creations is absolutely phenomenal! Gorgeous, gorgeous – you are a true artist.

In this particular video, could you tell me what the name of the song playing toward the end of the video is? “It’s Magic…….”. Beautiful music to watch your creativity!

    1. Hi Jan thank you very much! The song is called magic and mystery by Alex G and is from Facebook sound collection. You can also find it on YouTube I think. Happy Easter!

  5. Thank you so much! Watching you create these fantastic cards while listening to this soothing music makes my day better every time!
