I’m just back from my walk after some shopping and cleaning etc. Ready for the week- bring it on!

My video at the weekend was an excuse to play again with my Kuretake watercolours. They are thicker than standard water colours and take a bit of getting used to. They can be applied to look transparent and be layered for richer colour and opacity. I’ve found they work well being dried between layers. They are always good to have fun with and to experiment.

I decided that I wanted a night scene with rich colour. So I indulged my love of flowers. Perhaps a little too much!
