Hello! Well what week!…hot sunshine, northern lights and now hail stones! Just your average Irish summer!
This week’s project is an ode to the underrated and misunderstood dandelion.
My son is very interested in plant medicine and herbal remedies, I call him ‘Merlin’ (not his real name). Anyway, he introduced me to the virtues of the humble dandelion which is entirely edible apparently! I have been treating the poor weed like an arch enemy for years! I felt bad…so I thought why not give it a moment in the spotlight!
