Hello everyone . I hope you are well and feeling creative.

I had to take a break last week as at last my kitchen was being installed. I have been without a kitchen for nearly 4 months now but it is very nearly finished. Just a few more days now. Today the work tops were installed . Very exciting!

I did manage a quick ish project this week though. I decided to go for something a little more abstract and ethereal. It was loosely based on a large oil painting that I saw on Pinterest . So this is the smaller,watercolour, Lavinia stamps version.

It was fun to do. Loosely plopping colours on the card, blending and creating dark and light areas for contrast. Not too many stamps. I love working with trees as you know! It would be lovely to have the freedom of that owl flying over the forest. What a view she must have!
