Hello everyone,
It’s been very pleasant here for the last week although we have had car troubles . Thankfully, we have shops within walking distance and can take the dogs out around the area where there are some pleasant walks.
This week I went for a reasonably quick project small enough to be a card made from an offcut of pastel card.
I used to have a magnolia tree in Ireland . I loved to see the large buds appear. A sure sign that spring was on its way . I really miss the beautiful magnolia trees.

I have used pan pastels and pastel pencils . It’s done in a loose style hopefully creating the impression of blossoms in an in-precise way.

I gave the painting to my Mum for Mother’s Day . We went out for lunch. This was the view from the restaurant! We had a lovely time.

I have been working with the spring new releases from Lavinia stamps. I can’t reveal them yet but I know you will love them! So watch this space …
That’s it for this week.
Thanks for your support.
Lisa xx
