Hello again, I hope you are all doing well.
In case you didn’t catch my latest video tutorial you can find it below.
I saw a similar idea on Facebook and thought that I would create my own version using Lavinia stamps. The inspiration was a painting. My task was to work out how to do something similar using my mixed media materials and stamping.

It also has symbolic meaning to me. We in the Northern hemisphere have had a magnificent full moon on the last couple of nights. This signifies the end of a lunar cycle and a new beginning, clearing away the old and offering time to reflect on lessons learnt.
As you may know our house sale collapsed in December of last year and 6 months later we still haven’t been able to find a buyer. We have been feeling a little stuck. However, I know that patience and resilience are required .
It’s time for renewal of past negative energies. We are all capable of leaving the past, live in the present and remain hopeful. That’s what I’ve decided to do. I’m thankful for what I have and optimistic for the future and my dreams.
So let’s find hope from renewal or rebirth and embrace with excitement what is to come!
The figure let’s go of the moon and things that no longer serve her. She is grounded and nourished by the earth, looking forward to better times.
I hope you enjoy the video. It was a long project so if you decide to do your own version take your time and let it unfold!
So until next time…
Love, Lisa xx
