Hello friends! Just checking in again. I hope you all are well.
For those of you who purchased the new owl Lavinia stamps I have a little more inspiration. This time a night scene.

I don’t know if you ever have considered stamping with gesso? In this tutorial I suggest how to explore this technique with surprising results! I also discover how to dial the colouring back a notch when it is too bright. A handy trick for your crafty arsenal !
Don’t forget to check out the information in the description box below the video where you will find links to the Lavinia products (not affiliate) and a link to my brand new Amazon storefront where I have curated most of my general art supply recommendations. If you use this link to purchase I will receive a small percentage. Every little helps! Your support with this would be very much appreciated. So far it is Amazon Uk. I am currently looking into doing a Amazon.com version too if you are interested.
As always I’m so grateful for your kind support. I am working on a number of projects including a space/site to sell my artwork and to sell online workshops . So watch this space… lots to come!
I hope you enjoy the video and find it helpful.
Have a great week and take care!
Lisa xx
Looking forward to it
Lisa, the nite owl scene is one of my favorite for sure, but “too bright”? I didn’t know it was possible:) one of the things I love most about your art is your “No fear” attitude with color! I love how you use tons of different colors and it always looks so cohesive and perfect! Thank you as always! BTW, a very huge yes please on the amazon.com question.
Luv and respect ,
Tina
