I hope you have had a great week.

I’m looking out at rain again but at least the garden is happy. August looks like a mixed bag in terms of sunshine. I’m mindful that some of you are having heat waves – that’s not pleasant either!

This week’s project escapes to sunnier climbs. I have wanted to do a picture showing fields of lavender for ages. I imagine the south of France and how magnificent it must look in reality – never mind the scent!
