Magnus

Hello again. I hope you are feeling good!

Today was another beautiful autumn day with blue skies and sunshine. Although it took my partner hours to collect the fallen leaves from the garden!

This week was quite special for us in Northern Ireland as we were treated to the Northern lights. I thought I would share a video I created with my phone of what I saw above my house. I know it’s a bit dark and not great quality but I hope you get the idea.

Back to this week’s painting. I’ve got a bit Celtic . Inspired by Irish and Scottish countryside but it could just as easily be wild country in Canada or the US.

You may find the tutorial Here

I hope you find it inspiring.

  1. Thank you Lisa for your beautiful tutorials especially love the stag as we live in Alberta complete with the animals and the Northern lights which have been spectacular too. So many different colours and shapes. I took over a thousand photos between 10pm and 2:30 am two nights in a row.
I am now complete with a stiff neck and back for all my trouble to capture the perfect shots. Angels and butterfly wings to name a few.
It’s Thanksgiving today so have finished up the week with a big dinner.
Take care and look forward to more of your special tutorials. Love Kate

    1. Lovely to hear from you Kate! I know what you mean. I got a sore neck too! It was amazing though. Happy thanksgiving and thanks so much for your kind support! Xx

  2. I absolutely love this one I think it’s favourite. I really love to see how you use colour. I haven’t got Magnus but I will send for him and do my best using watercolour. Thank so much I love watching you doing your tutorials Jackie
